I am often asked what makes Making It Better successful and different from all the rest. Without hesitation I reply, “Our employees are absolutely the best!” There is not one employee who does not put their heart and soul into every task . . . whether they work on the front lines delivering life-changing programs or behind the scenes to raise funds, help programs run smoothly or completing any of the other tasks on a long list of items needed to serve our partner schools, our students, their families and our donors with excellence! Each employee goes above and beyond to do whatever it takes to give our kids a fighting chance to achieve their potential. There are no glory hounds at Making It Better. We are a team; a family who pours into kids every single day and that’s what makes our employees THE BEST! It is an honor and a privilege to serve alongside each of these amazing people!
